This policy applies to all customers with purchases and orders.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds unless an unintended mistake was made by Americana Holiday LLC "donniebar" (missing or damaged treat). All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our Studio. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the chocolates during transportation, set-up or any time thereafter. In this case please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order. All sales are final. There are no refunds for custom orders, completed orders and deposits. If you believe there was an error on our end, please reach out to us immediately so we may evaluate the concern.
Chocolate Policy
All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our Studio. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the chocolates during transportation, set-up or any time thereafter. For custom orders, your order will not be placed until we receive payment.
It's the client's responsibility to ensure that the chocolates will be kept in an area that is climate controlled to ensure that they remain intact and retain their original condition. Extremely high temperatures and humidity may affect the condition of the chocolate.

Allergen Warning
Our chocolate is manufactured in a facility that uses products containing Soy, Dairy, Eggs, Wheat, Sesame, Tree Nuts (Hazelnuts, Almonds), and Peanuts. Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with these common allergens.
Chocolate Care
Store your chocolates in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight 66F-70F. Do not let chocolates exceed 70F. It's the client's responsibility to ensure that the chocolates will be kept in an area that is climate controlled to ensure that they remain intact and retain their original condition. Extremely high temperatures and humidity may affect the condition of the chocolate.

Shipping Policy
We ship orders Mondays and Tuesdays to help avoid unnecessary weekend transit. Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Donniebar is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues once a package has been handed over for delivery.
